On day 30 we email you with a one-click upgrade link. If you do nothing, the gym is paused (members can still log in to read their history but new check-ins and workouts are disabled). We never auto-bill a card you haven’t explicitly entered.
Can I switch tiers anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There is never a cancellation fee.
Do you charge per gym member?
No. We deliberately do not charge per member. A gym at 180 members does not cost meaningfully more to serve than a gym at 80. The cost to serve you is the cost to serve you. Pricing scales with tier, not headcount.
How does billing work today?
Right now we invoice you directly via Stripe each month. Self-serve card billing on the website is on the roadmap for late 2026. Until then, our finance flow is one email per month with a paid-in-full receipt.
Can I import members from Mindbody / Glofox / our spreadsheet?
Not self-serve yet — that’s a Q3 2026 build. In the meantime, send us your CSV (or Mindbody/Glofox export) and we’ll do the import for you on a screen-share call. Usually under an hour.
What’s on the roadmap that I’d care about?
Class scheduling + waitlists, churn dashboard, multi-location, and a member-import wizard are all in the next two quarters. The full list with target dates is on the roadmap.
